Privacy & Hiring Policies

Everything you need to know about our process.

We recognize that applying for opportunities in adult entertainment requires thoughtful consideration of privacy and personal information.

After Hours Talent aims to conduct recruitment professionally, communicate expectations clearly, and handle applicant information appropriately.

Age & Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

Age and identity verification may be required before any applicant is approved to begin providing services.

Independent-Contractor Opportunities

Current opportunities are offered as independent-contractor engagements where legally appropriate.

Selection for a role does not create an employment relationship unless required by applicable law. Final agreements outline the scope of services, compensation, obligations, and other terms.

Applicant Information

We may collect information necessary to review applications, communicate with candidates, evaluate role suitability, and administer recruitment.

Depending on the stage of the process, this may include contact details, role preferences, availability, relevant experience, and an optional voice sample.

Sensitive verification and payment information is requested separately through approved processes when required.

Confidentiality

Applicants and approved operators are expected to respect customer information, company materials, and confidential operational details.

Operators should not share private caller data, internal system access, customer records, or confidential business information without authorization.

Professional Conduct

Harassment, coercion, threats, impersonation intended to deceive, unauthorized sharing of personal information, and violations of applicable law or platform policies are prohibited.

All adult entertainment activities must involve consenting adults and comply with applicable content restrictions.

Audition Recordings

Voice samples submitted during recruitment are reviewed for role suitability. Specific recording use, storage, access, retention, and deletion practices are described in the Applicant Privacy Notice and audition instructions.

An applicant’s voice recording will not be used as a public commercial performance without an appropriate authorization or agreement.

Payment & Financial Information

Approved applicants receive applicable payment instructions during onboarding.

Do not provide banking credentials, tax identifiers, or identification documents through the ordinary website application or voicemail system.
